Richard Kobylar, DPM

Dr. Richard Kobylar attended podiatric medical school at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM). After graduating, he then went on to complete an internship with the University of Texas Health Science Center. Dr. Kobylar also completed his podiatric residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL.

Dr. Kobylar is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is on staff at Matagorda Regional Medical Center in Bay City, TX and Sweeny Community Hospital in Sweeny, TX.

Vorice Batts, DPM

Dr. Batts received her undergraduate education in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at Prairie View A&M University graduating with Cum Laude. She attended medical school at Kent State University in Independence, Ohio. After graduating in 2015, she completed one year as a podiatric resident at Foundation Surgical Hospital of Houston in Houston, Texas and a two-year podiatric residency at Tucson Medical Center/Midwestern University in Tucson, Arizona. Dr. Batts is also currently a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons.
